Returns Policy

30-day returns

You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items

• Personalised or embroidered with a child's name
• Underwear, swimwear and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items returned worn, washed or damaged

How to return

1. Email returns@bcsuniform.co.uk with your order number.
2. Pack your items securely with the returns slip.
3. Post to: BCS Uniform Returns, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return, back to the original payment method.
